Former New York Knick G Stephan Marbury was released tuesday. he was bought and waived off for about 2 million dollars. now the celtics were pursuing stephan for a really long time. if they wanna sign any player now they have to do it. they also sogned veteran F Mikki Moore tuesday. But they dont really need STARBURY. If they do want him active for a playoff roster they need to do it before March 1st 2009 so he can be an active player for them theres 4 days left. Will they come upon an agreement?

I hope the Celtics don't sign Marbury because they don't need him. They have Rajon Rondo who is going to be a great player in the future. Also Marbury is old and is known to be a trouble maker.
